Hi, does a polo 96 have a MAF sensor, and where is it located please?

In General, a Mass Air Flow sensor, if fitted, lives between the throttle valve and air cleaner. Inlet air passes through it. So it's difficult to miss. On vehicles that do not use a MAF sensor, they mostly use a Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor.
The Watercooled VW/ Audi forums would be of more help on Polo specific things, many of us Aircooled guys do'nt even know what a 96 polo looks like.
