Fasty window rubber install

Taken a year and a bit since I ordered them, but finally changed out my screen rubbers on the fastback. Took about 6 hours to cut out the old screens, clean them up, install new rubbers and fit, try and fit the trim, take out the screens, fit the trim while out! And refit again. Happy with the rubbers from isp west and managed not to damage the trim. No more rear window rattle.

Nice Fastback

Love the Fastback, still think its the most derivable car VW made

Have RHD dash in stock now, it is Charcoal, but can be plastic dyed.

Is it a cover or to replace existing dash pad?
