Turbo and aircon problem

I want to buy 2007 model polo bujwa 1.9 TDI that's having the problem of aircon and turbo are this problems fixable ? It's on 250k + km am buying it for work transport any advice please ?

Is this not the Air cooled forum...?,

Is an air-conditioner not a air Cooling device...??
