When using the waterboxer elec ign system.... what coil is supposed to be used?
Some have said the Golf 1 elec coil, other have said a Bosch Blue works fine.....

I had an aftermarket no-name electronic ignition coil I bought from Midas that was on my 412 for more than 3 years, with absolutely NO problem!

As long as its an EI coil it should be good.... Its about the impedance of the coil and you can damage the TCI unit if you dont use it.
