snapped spring plate

Hi all
So here i am stripping the front suspension on my bus to fit the beam adjusters and just saw one of the "leafsprings" is snapped now i am keen to get this thing back together ! what difference should it make if i remove the broken leaf ??
if i cant run it without the one spring where can i find one

A few weeks ago Volkspares were stripping a few bus suspensions and threw the beams for scrap metal see if they still got some leaves for you
