Lowering VW front suspension

Other than fitting an adjustable front suspension, What is the best advice on lowering a beach buggy front suspension.

dropped spindles, smaller tyres or lots of cement.

Either do it right or dont do it.... my opinion

Good advice!! Its a buggy. The whole thing weighs 450kg so was thinking of softening the front as well.
