Unstable or Bumpy ride
Hi guys I have been a memeber for some time without posting anything. My 70's beetle has been fitted with a lot of new parts, including:King & link pins,Tie rod ends, steering damper including wheel alignment. It does not move smooth, the slightest hole on the road serves it out of control. The suspension looks like It has never been lowered, but the damn thing does not ride smooth. Please clever guys help me,I can't sell this beetle now 'cos I won't get back all the money that was pumped into it. WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM ?

Maybe get the shocks tested.
My 70 bug does the same thing but she is lowered (very low).

Re: Unstable or Bumpy ride
As I mentioned almost everything is new on this car.All four shocks were replaced in February. The only thing which I did not touch was the steering box.Do you think that it might be the source of my misery ?
