I like the idea of using the radiator at the back, can anyone comment?I'm still looking for a suitable area at the back of the Fasty to put a radiator in :zhelp:

Hmmmm... vulnerable radiators, right behind the wheels? Or are they the new mudflaps?

Those cars were designed to be air cooled. Period. Use it/don't use it :wtf:

True. The only reason that I'm considering a WBX is because the PO hacked out a huge chunk where the Type 3 cooling fan boot attaches to, makes a conversion back to aircooled difficult :evil:

AND AGAIN THE CORRECT PANEL IS WAITING FOR YOU AT MY PLACE I HAVE EVEN CUT IT OUT JUST COME AND FETCH THE THING THE FRONT AS WELL

Somebody pleez tell me how you would get the air out of thos radiatorsi dont see bleed screws. Ths migt be a new form of boiler.

Expel me from school then :evil:

I have decided against the WBX route, the piping and bleeding just has too many complications...

Now that IMPI has offered me the necessary metal I think that I am going to stick with the aircooled route, either a slightly worked 1600 Type 3 engine or 2000 Type 4, if i can find decent heads :D

True , but the WBX fits in there like a fist on an eye and it also looks great when done right. But you are right, it should actually be AC.
