hi there..
i have successfully narrowed my beetle front beam..
its narrowed by 35mm on each side an dropped a whopping 150mm.. from std that is
fitted with 17inch wheels an discs up front i can still drive this thing with ease..
no more rubbing, rubber burning and most of all.. its got the look.
have done two of these beams already an want to do many more..
because of different applications an wheel sizes.. narrowing and lowering done on request only.
sway away adjusters are used together with shortened shock abs.
give me a bell for a quote or advice on 0836533865 as im not always online
thanks
rodger

Hi Rodger, thanks for the info and well done! Would you consider dropping a Bus beam as well, and more or less how much would you charge?

Re: narrowed beams type 1
ok... looked at a bus beam to narrow once...
thats all i did,
never got down to doing it.
the price for the beetle one is R2500 inc. adjustors no shocks...
the type 2 beam needs avis adjustors..
need to price those first.
