Refurbishing Bat Wing Steering Wheel

Anyone knows who does this type of work. Mine has a one or two small cracks.

I fixed a 60's wheel some years ago. Had some cracks and a pice about the size of a 50c missing. I opened up the cracks with a pencil grinder filled it in with pratley steel (the white one to fix porcelin) the with some elbow grease sanded it down to shape, then had it primed and resprayed ivory, looked as good as new. I did it myself as I couldn't find anyone prepared to do it at a reasonable price.

Also did it with pratleys, work well.
