Also decided it was time to replace the headlights, as the original ones are now royally stuffed (one pointing upwards, the other sideways). So ordered these from Cip1

and some new cool blue bulbs




Care to explain preferably with pictures the Dash repair process of the vents...the cold air is getting to me also.windtramp wrote:glued foam to air control plates in ventilation box, re-assembled the unit and installed it ... also reglued foam to those flat plates/valves in the floorwell vents, reassembled the cleaned, repainted re-foamed contraption, and installed back in car .. magic .. no more frozen feet either.
if i cant get the heater to work i can now at least keep the cold air out .. progress

And they have it in White too, for those vintage look Beetle/Type 3 guys
