not hanging you by the nut.... just emphasisng that the seats are not exactly that great.

I learned first hand how important good seats are. I was sitting at a traffic light when a Venture drive into my boot (luckily I was in a rental). 80 zone and I dont think he even slowed down. His bullbar went right threw his radiator....
I saw him just before he hit me and all I had time to do was push myself into the seat and press my head onto the headrest. BANG, then he hit me. I was fine - not even a headache. Zero injuries.

In a beetle, with stock seats, I would have had huge injuries. With the autostyle seats I suspect it would have broken my back. With proper seats, you could prob be able to walk away but the car will be scrap.
Which is why I have new seats waiting to go in when I get a chance. Prob next week.

As I said - not ripping you off or hanging you by a nut - just stating my opinion based on my experience and what I have heard about those seats...
