I used to have 143 in a 100 zone with my 1st honda but i ignored it. Later the car got written of and sold the wreak.
But ive heard if the dont issue it withen 30 days it invalid. Ive heard lately they do it with registered post. But you can then still find out from whom it its and then ignore it. They have to have proof you recieved it.
Who knows how long time do they have to follow up fines before its invalid ?
Sorry for hijack but who has think of that: if they struggle now to get the current violations. Sorted, how would they struggle with they new high speed tolgates 'fines' sorted?
