Is there an easy quick way on how to repair that leaks

the quickest easiest way is to fix it properly. Otherwise you will be patching your patches for years.

Its cheaper and quicker to do it right once than to do it wrong twice

Can that leaks have caused damage

leaks make the engine run lean.
Running lean will eventually destroy the engine - sometimes slowly, sometimes in seconds...

Because I think one of the bolts is stripped where the intake manifold goes into the head. Would this cause a vacuum leak or not??

For air leak check, try this:

Take of taperd covers.
Turn engine until valves are closed (cams rocking )

Take of carb
Place air pressure nozzle from compressor at inlet manifold, and blow air in, (sealing between nozzle and manifold with cloth or prestik) you will hear exactly where it is leaking. If there is no leaks, it will keep the pressure, and blow back when you release.

No guessing, works perfectly.

Hi, can a vacuum leak cause a acceleration stumble/hesitation at low rpm, say 1800 - 2000rpm?

it is possible, but you have a centermount dellorto carb, so its probably jetting issues.
