Hi I love the attention to detail but have to ask about some detail finishing?
On those model beetles the gearbox were painted black. Why the change, ditto for the engine casing. There are also some cad plated parts which were painted at the factory as well.
The problem with doing this level of work ( I love it to Bits) is that some nit picker will ask this question :)
With the rest of the beetle being done to this level it just seems odd for me.
I still like it a lot though
