What etching primer will you be using on the metal, and what grit paper will you use to rough-up the surface before spraying your etching primer?

The rims were painted but had to do it over as perl white was on outside and clashed with the white wall tyres. Repainted again and looks better

Old floor pans were replaced with halves from Volkswarenhaus (Germany), bad service overall

Hi Dolf,
Welcome back, was wandering how the beetle was going.
The wheels look good now, I think you did the right thing.
I take it the car is going to be two tone light green and perl white. ?????
How did the blasting go, did you get a good job done.
Herman

Hi Herman
Yes it's gonna be 2 tone as you mentioned. Sandblasting was a disaster, damaged the panels and redid all work manually again.
