Ok guys..
Time for a little update.. I got the wheels fitted with tires (Yokohama A539), the adapters where finished, I even sorted a Porsche spare wheel out for the Golf.
Here are some pictures of the wheels, spare and the wheels fitted to the car, next step - lower the suspension!

Thanks Tony,
I already have a set of 17" Lenzo's (Raiden D1RR) for the 1303, but who knows, by the time it comes to wheel fitment I might not have the Golf anymore & they might make an appearance on the 1303..

There are some pics of the Lenzo's on my 1303 build thread - http://www.aircooledvwsa.co.za/viewtopi ... ilit=+1303
I had my drums & disks drilled for 4x100 fitment too and put them on the Beetle to see what they would look like & I think it's gonna look absolutely freakin awesome when the car is done, as I said to 4AGEDUB I am planning to German look the 1303 so I think they'll fit the look nicely (I got them in ET40 offset so they fit perfectly under the fenders, I just have to get skinnier coil springs in the front, or maybe coilovers)..

Hey guys, My daily driver was a Citi Storm 1.4i, then on 17 June 2015 some C*#t skipped a robot and re-arranged the front end of the Golf for me!
After almost a month and a half and a lot of complaining about crappy service & poor workmanship from Bredren Autobody I got the Golf back, not happy at all.. So after another follow up visit to the panelbeaters to complain about door parts falling off inside the car I thought: bugger it, it can't hurt just to go have a look.........................
.
.
.
Well, yesterday I took delivery of my brand spanking new Ranger, I'm happy as a pig in Palestine!!! :hangloose:
