Car smokes iv'e change the oil 5-30 to 5-40 bt still smokes wen i give acelaration bt not all the times mileg 193 plz help

Are you using oil.
If you let it idle for a couple of minutes and then rev does it smoke,If yes valve stem seals.
Could be oil rings that have collapsed or worn.
Can you do a compression test.If compression is low then put a small amount of oil in the cylinders and repeat the compression test.If the compression picks up after you put oil in the cylinders then its rings.That will give you a guide as it does not necessary mean the oil rings but will indicate that rings are worn.
If it was a beetle then its ok as its old enough to smoke.

fix it, get OEM parts
buying new will likely get you a cheap part and it'll only blow again in a few thou km
