Ignore my ignorance, but were'nt SU carbs used on Leyland models. i.e. mini's and austin apaches.

Think they were used on a few other cars maybe but the ones I normally hunt is the Jaguar ones they are 50mm

Why do you want a blow thru? Why not a draw thru with a side draft weber? A T-3 turbo works better anyways on a 1600....

i want a blow through cos then i can intercool it wich they say is very hard to do with a suck through...is it possible to do cause ive got this idea on how to intercool a draw through but thats why im here to ask you so you can tel me why it cant work...

sorry a bit of a slip up...anyway heres my idea 4-1 exhaust into to the turbo and then to a intercool an from there straight into the intake manifold...and then the carb coming in at almost the same place coming in with like a side pipe...can it work?

dude! I have been contemplating this for a while now. The thing is that I already run twin Dellorto DRLA's on my stock 1600 and so I am already set up for the blow through system. So bugger, can you offer any advice on how and who might help me out with this? shot!
