Those pipes are for the oil cooler. They run in the tunnel to the front.

The sleeves are still available. I was keeping them for bugger, but he has not come to have a look at them yet. I'm looking at R1000.00 for the sleeves and pistons. You can contact me @ 082 4461382

A quick update on my beetle.

Exhaust branch is now complete, flanges welded on, waste gate installed. This weekend I will take her to a exhaust shop just to fit the down pipe and silencer. Then the exhaust is done.

Next big item on the list is the wiring if the new management system. :wink:

Vuyu, there is still a lot of stuff to be done, I recon she will only be drivable by end of next month. Also still need to get some dyno time once the management is installed.

hey 4age nice dub,ive always admired it on the gotech adverts.1/4 mile time are you expecting out of this monster?on the gotech adverts there is a hotrod ring racer thing with a bug motor in do you know the performance stats on that thing?does it wheelie?

I'm not sure what to expect, she won't be used for too much drag racing. Mainly track days and gymcana.

I sold my oval track midget. It had a Type 4 2700cc engine. I kept the engine and nice bits for my cabrio beetle.
